Jim’s careful attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills serve our clients well, although most of his work is done behind the scenes. His areas of focus include constructing and monitoring our clients’ portfolios, leading and providing research and analysis for our Investment Committee, and carefully managing the daily inflows and distributions in our clients’ accounts.
After completing his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University in Flint, MI, Jim earned his master’s in engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He developed his analytical skills during more than 20 years in the automotive industry before relocating from Michigan to Pennsylvania to join Koss Financial Group.
Jim and his wife Jennifer live in Lewisburg, where they enjoy the small-town charm and all of the natural beauty that this area has to offer. They have four children—Justin, daughter Jordan, and twins Jenna and Julia. Involved in various church and community activities, Jim plays drums and sings at church, enjoys an occasional round of golf and biking, but he will interrupt most activities to watch Michigan football.
